Growing with social networking

CustomObsessions.com is pushing to increase the user experience in 2012 with the implementation of an upgraded message forum, featured rides, contests and much more. We would like to make CO more widely known and are going to use some of the popular social networking tools to keep our loyal users up to date with current news and updates, while helping bring new users on board. You may have already noticed the Facebook integration on the Main page of our site and we are currently building an Instagram library to increase the awareness in CO through mobile devices as well. We are looking at other options to help build more social media into our daily experience to increase the functionality of our community.

MVOC 2011 - Rally June 3rd, Show June 4th

MVOC 2011, is the 18th year for the event and once again will welcome hundreds of Volkswagen/Audi enthusiasts to the St. Anselme Rotary park in Dieppe NB on June 4th.
Time to ignore your family and friends and start spending more time in the garage, MVOC is just around the corner. :) With the calliper of cars that have popped up in our region over the past 8 months and the projects that are currently in the works, this year’s event is bound to impress more than ever. Please note that the show itself is only part of what makes the MVOC weekend as popular as it is. The MVOC Rally from Halifax with 150 cars in attendance last year along with the pre party Friday night are a major contributor to what makes the entire experience so appealing. So if you’ve only managed to make it to the show itself in previous years, do yourself a favour and try and make it on the Rally and watch the pre party unfold Friday night. You will not be disappointed. I’m very excited to watch the entire weekend unfold as we have a few new things in the hopper for this year as well.

Yes it's that time of year to figure out your mods list and to start stressing about whether or not there's enough time to actually make them all happen. :) As we all know one of the great things about the show is that it brings a taste of everything, air cooled, water cooled new and old. With the help of others we've managed to make MVOC not only the largest VW/Audi shows in Eastern Canada, it's also become one of the best "Car Events" in the Maritimes. On top of the on going growth of the show, the MVOC Rally has become a highlight of the weekend. For all those that attend the show and make the drive to Dieppe/Moncton this is something you don't want to miss. For further details about both please click the image to the right.
